What you need to know about Hoodia?
You should know about the strongest Hoodia pill as well as any Hoodia side effects. You should know about any Hoodia scams, the required dosage. You should know about Hoodia supplements and if it really works.
The Hoodia plant takes a minimum of five years to fully mature. Only when it matures is it considered to be ready for harvest. The whole plant is not powdered for consumption. Only the crux, the central succulent stem, the core area of Hoodia has the all important appetite suppressing ingredient – molecule P57 – and, therefore, only this area should be taken out and made into a powder which should be encapsulated.
P57 is extremely effective compared to glucose as an appetite suppressing agent. The main point is that it should have been from the core of the plant and not a combination of chemical substitutes, add-ons, fillers, and preservatives.
Importantly, the Hoodia plant should have been harvested from the Kalahari Desert area of South Africa. By virtue of its extensive use in the weight loss therapy, countries like the U.S.A., China, Mexico and a few other countries are trying their luck in the cultivation of Hoodia. The main ingredient, P57, may not have the same potency in the plants cultivated in other countries compared to the ones cultivated in the Kalahari Desert.
Many clinical trials conducted during the last two decades have proved that consumption of pure Hoodia Gordonii pills did not lead to any side effects. It is considered very safe.
The pure Kalahari Hoodia is cultivated in an extensive area of the desert with limited land area; further extension of cultivation is considered remote. It conclusively limits the supply. This in turn is making the key ingredient in constant high demand.
Hoodia scams are real and happen regularly! Companies claim that their product reduces weight by 30 to 50 lbs per month which may never be correct. There can only be a sustained effect on weight reduction over a period of time of a few pounds a week. Such reduction, if it really happened, would have disastrous consequences to the user. Look at a companies claim, does it seem too unrealistic? Also, check the ingredients to make sure there are no fillers, just 100% Hoodia Gordonii.
Hoodia is a pure natural and safe supplement. As it is 100% natural you do not need to worry about an overdose, as long as the Hoodia supplements you have chosen contains 100% pure Hoodia Gordonii.
