180 Day Guarantee & Refund Policy

Please Note: A processing fee of $20 per order will be applied to all refunds to cover handling and administrative charges.

Before requesting a refund the following conditions need to be met:

1. You must have used UniqueHoodia™ as explained per the instructions for a minimum of 24 weeks, this is because the speed of results may vary between different people.
   
   
2. You must be a new customer of UniqueHoodia™, the guarantee does not apply to reorders
   
   
3. You must request the refund within 6 months (180 days) of purchasing UniqueHoodia™ and return everything to us within 6 months (180 days) of the purchase date. We will only proceed with the refund if you have not seen any benefits since taking UniqueHoodia™
   
   
4. You must write to us at support@uniquehoodia.com, stating the reasons why you wanted a refund. You must get our consent before sending back the refund product to us. If you did not get our consent before sending back the product , we reserve the right to reject your delivery, or issue you with a partial refund. Upon passing the 180 days warranty, we reserve the right of not refunding to you. If you require us to ship back, a fee will be applicable. You must return all units or free gifts to qualify for a refund.

6. For refunds, we require the product returned in its original packing and form, even though opened and used. In any instance, please do not open more than 5 units of UniqueHoodia™ to fulfill the minimum 24 weeks of usage.

We strongly suggest that you send your parcel to us using a COURIER service which tracks the delivery of your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for any packages sent to us which use a non-tracked method.

Returns Policy

Within 180 days you can get a refund minus shipping charges provided:

A) You have used the product fully in accordance with Our instructions (either as set out on the Web Site and/or sent with the Products);

B) You will return the product to us at your expense to our address that we will provide when you apply for a refund.

Cancellations:

No charges will be incurred if the cancellation is made before the shipping of orders. Otherwise, a cancellation handling fee of $20 per order will be applied per shipment.
