UniqueHoodia: Refund Policy

We pledge that if you take UniqueHoodia™ as directed, you will find your appetite will reduce and therefore find it easier to lose weight via a calorie controlled diet.

Before you request for a refund, the following conditions need to be met:

1) You must have taken UniqueHoodia™ as prescribed by the box and by any additional instructions for a minimum of 90 consecutive days. This is because it can take time for your body to react to UniqueHoodia and to experience legitimate appetite suppression.

2) You must officially request the refund and return everything to us within 6 month (180 days) of purchasing UniqueHoodia™.

We strongly suggest that you send your parcel to us using a COURIER service which tracks the delivery of your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for any packages sent to us which use a non-tracked method. A processing fee of $20 will be applied to all refunds. We will only process the refund if you have not experience any weight loss since purchasing UniqueHoodia.

3) In the unlikely event that you want to request a refund we will require the following:

- Your full name, address and order ID number

- All of the empty UniqueHoodia™ packaging including the box

- The unopened and sealed boxes / blistor packs of UniqueHoodia™ which you have not finished

- Complete this form: Submit a refund request here.

If your refund request does not meet all of the requirements you will not be eligible for your refund. This guarantee does not apply to re-orders of UniqueHoodia. Minimum order of 3 months are required for you to be eligible for the guarantee.

Cancellations:

You can cancel your purchase with UniqueHoodia providing that you return any products (including any free goods, see 8.4 in Terms and Conditions) which have already been delivered to you. All items will need to be sent back to us at your expense, and we suggest you use registered post to ensure successful delivery.

It is important that you have not used or opened any of the products otherwise you are not eligible to cancel your order.
